🍝 Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Mix until just combined (don’t overmix — this keeps them tender)
- Shape into 1-inch balls
- Place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through
