Some baking days start with a simple question…
Do I want peanut butter cookies today?
Or do I want fudgy brownies?

And instead of choosing — I swirled them together.

These Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl Cookies are the kind of recipe that makes a kitchen feel instantly cozy. Soft peanut butter dough wrapped around rich brownie batter, baked into thick, chewy cookies with crisp edges, gooey centers, and pockets of melted chocolate in every bite.

They’re simple to make, fun to swirl, and even better enjoyed warm with a cup of tea on a quiet afternoon. The kind of treat that disappears from the cooling rack faster than you expect 😉

This recipe is part of my growing Sweets ’n Treats Collection — a little corner of Kimberley’s Kookbook dedicated to homemade desserts made for real-life kitchens. No fancy equipment. No complicated steps. Just sweet moments, shared from my home to yours.

If you give these a try, I hope they bring a little warmth and sweetness to your day too.
